Fall 2023

Held on Tuesday, November 14th at CTEC, the second The Entrepreneurship Resource Center "Shop Small for Fall' pop-up event featured 37 student businesses.

 

This semester, 14 ERC students achieved nearly $2,000 in sales, proving to be an even more remarkable celebration of local talent and youth entrepreneurship.

 

Students from Mike Russo's Small Business Entrepreneurship & Economics class and Watler Suazo's Digital Marketing class also participated in exhibiting their student-run businesses at the pop-up event.

 

Throughout the evening students offered an array of products, including jewelry, tamales, fashion, desserts, crochet crafts, and more. Building on the momentum of the previous year, many students experienced their first successful sales and some sold out entirely. This year, students elevated the event by enhancing their presentation abilities and showcasing more creative displays.

 

A sincere thank you goes out to the families and community members who continued to support our students' entrepreneurial dreams.
