Our youth are truly amazing! It's been an absolute pleasure to witness our students - young entrepreneurs' power through each of their viable and creative business ideas.

 

On the week of May 2, 40 students combined from three sections of ERC programs pitched their business idea as part of their culmination project. For the past 12-weeks, seventh-to-12th grade students enrolled in ROC & CTEC ERC’s "Entrepreneurial Essentials and Endeavors" course, or in the "Advanced: Pivot or Proceed" course applied business concepts to evaluate and validate their business idea. 

 

Through the support of the local community and KHSD ROC & CTEC faculty and staff, students' learn how plausible it is to start a business. After completing the course, students can continue taking their business to market or pursue other ideas. No matter the journey, students can always find support through the ERC.
