Bianka Pantoja

Bianka Pantoja is the program technician for the Entrepreneurship Resource Centers at ROC and CTEC.

 

Upon graduating from Arvin High School, she went on to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned her degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and Integrated Marketing Communications. Bianka is enthusiastic to be pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at CSU Bakersfield.

 

In SLO, she served various businesses to strategically meet their business goals through print and digital marketing before becoming an advertising manager. Previously, she served as a project coordinator for a local consulting firm. She is currently an active member of the Latina Leaders of Kern County and serves on the Youth Leadership Program education committee to develop the leadership potential in young Latinas. She is also an executive board member and serves as Secretary for the Bakersfield Women's Business Conference and Co-Chair for the exhibitor committee. 

 

Bianka is thrilled to incorporate her professional experience in her role with the Entrepreneurship Resource Centers. She aims to build positive interpersonal relationships with students and the community at large. Bianka is passionate and excited to work with our youth, and to support them in exploring their hopes and dreams for the future while helping make those dreams a reality.

 

In her spare time, Bianka can be found at a local movie theatre on a Friday night, at the dog park with her pup Luna, or spending time with friends and family.
