Entrepreneurial Resource Centers Enrolling Spring 2022 Registration for two Spring 2022 programs is now open at the ROC and CTEC Entrepreneurial Resource Centers (ERC) for 7th to 12th graders in Kern County. All programming is at no cost and offers bus transportation for 9th to 12th graders. These are non-credit activities.
